Cooperation between Tetcon and Archipel ‘Work & Talent’
Archipel is a healthcare facility in the Southern part of The Netherlands. S-CAPEPLUS Evacuation Mats hang inside several Archipel locations. You can recognise them by the green covers hanging on the wall. Archipel also has a sheltered workplace, which goes by the name of ‘Work & Talent’. Most of the workers are diagnosed with the Korsakoff syndrome. This syndrome primarely affects the memory system in the brain.
The evacuation mats consist of all kinds of separate parts, which are assembled in-house when orders are being fulfilled.
From now on, workers from the Work & Talent location will help assemble the equipment. The workers will now make sure the life-saving mattresses are partly assembled. They will also assemble the sets of screws that come along if you order an S-CAPEPLUS with a green Wall Cover. This way, the products are immediately ready for shipping.
The partnership shines a new light on the Leave No One Behind principle. Not only in the world of health and safety, but also in terms of social responsibility and that’s what it’s all about. It is therefore a logical step to start working together with the Work & Talent location. This gives people with a distance to the labour market a great opportunity to contribute to the production process.
And of course, Tetcon is also happy with the extra pair of hands. So it’s a win-win for all parties!
